How Pet Acupuncture Laser Therapy Works
2 Heel Pet Laser's products work great on dogs, horses or other animals. Different colors of lasers, each with a different nanometer wavelength, are offered to treat specific conditions. In addition to the quality lasers, the custom tips are what make many of our products unique. These patent pending tips not only provide safety, but also focus the laser so you can get the benefit of more direct laser therapy where it is most beneficial by getting closer to your pets skin. Each Laser comes with additional tips for different types of stimulation and to protect the provider and animals eyes from looking directly into the laser. All our lasers have an output power of 5 mw and are considered class 3A lasers.

Types of Laser Tips
All tips work best when at a 90-degree angle to your pet. Tips maybe sanitized with alcohol wipes. Treatment time is recommended at 3 times a day for 5 minutes per treatment session but varies with intended treatment application and size of the animal.
Used to focus laser energy into a specific target area. Use for acupuncture points and to get under your pet’s hair or fur. Hold directly onto your pet’s skin at a 90-degree angle.
Used in a sweeping motion, is best if your treating a skin condition that you cannot directly touch the laser to, or if you are unsure of the placement of treatment needed. Use a few inches from your pet.
Vet Dental Tip (with disposable Tip):
Also used for inside ears, this tip provides the ultimate in safety as laser energy is only emitted when the tip is touched directly to the skin. It is recommended you cover with a 2.75 mm disposable tip for additional safety (limits scattered light) and if your pet is prone to chewing. It is best used for shallow acupuncture points in the ear or for dental issues.
Using your Tip on the Laser
To Install: It’s Easy! Simply press the Tip of your choice on the end of the laser barrel. It may require a firm press to secure the tip.
To Remove: Hold tip securely while twisting laser barrel back and forth under tip is free.
Laser Treatment Charts Included
With your purchase we include dog, cat, and horse charts are a great way to start your treatment, especially if you are treating using acupuncture points. If you are treating a wound or skin condition, just treat the needed area with the line generator tip. Please see our acupuncture section for common treatment points to start with.

Using Your 2 Heel Pet Laser
Caution: Please note that laser radiation is harmful to the eyes. Do not look directly into the aperture while the laser is in operation. It is recommended that you use the laser tips with the laser.
Battery Installation
When inserting batteries always point the laser away from your eyes. Unscrew the end cap and insert the 3v CR123A batteries with the negative end down and positive end upward. Make sure battery cap is fastened tightly to insure good electrical contact with main tube.
Maintenance
Storage: If storing the laser for an extended period of time, please remove batteries from the laser. Store in a clean, dry place to prevent the laser lens from any dust accumulation.
Cleaning: Clean the laser lens with compressed air and wipe with a clean cotton swab. The exterior of the laser and tips may be cleaned with your favor antibacterial wipe.

- Always use with enclosed tips, never look directly at laser beam
- Keep out of reach of children- This is not a toy!
- Do not drop laser on hard surface

This laser is covered for 24 months from date of shipping. The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of original parts damaged during normal use. Any signs of alteration, damage, or deterioration due to misuse may void the warranty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
